The POS integration allows 5THRU to sync customer order history with customer each visit. 5THRU Customer Profiles are created and accessed when a customer visits the drive thru. The 5THRU LPR cameras instantly read the plate and build or retrieve a unique and anonymous customer ID.

Working with your POS allows us to grow the potential of the Smart Timer. Adding the Order history with each visit gives our AI engine the ablility to learn more about your customer. We can learn about the foods and drinks they like and don’t like. We can recommend a menu item they might like to try. Each intelligent recommendation is displayed on digital menu boards and the 5THRU Smart Timer User interface.

We can also unlock the power of drive thru Pay by plate. Integrating with loyalty app or building you one 5THRU can make Pay by PLate or Card on File a reality. The customer enters payment info on the app or scanned at the window. Using the POS payment processor we can submit the payment information at the submission of the order. Once payment is activated and confirmed by the customer they are ready to take their order and drive away. This all happens in a matter of seconds while the customer is waiting for their order.
