The 5THRU Smart Timer uses, proprietary Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) software with Artificial Intelligence (AI). The LPR identifies customers vehicles as they enter the drive thru line. Return customers are identified so the Team members can thank them for their faithful patronage. Watching the live video feeds to keep the Team members focused. The live video helps with accuracy and matching meals with the correct customer. The Smart timer tracks time at each drive Thru interaction and the number of cars.

Once the 5THRU smart timer is integrated with your POS we can begin to expand your customer profiles to include order history. Using this valuable history we can train our AI to recommend the item each customer will most likely to add to their order. As the customer arrives at the order menu their personalized recommendation is sent to the Digital menu board for them to see. As you learn more about your customers you can serve them better.

The 5THRU loyalty app allows brands to simplify the drive thru. Simple on boarding includes asking customers to download the app and take a picture of their plate . Using your own payments platform or we can provide you one we can add Pay by Plate to your drive thru.
