How does 5THRU solution work?

When a Car enters the drive thru the 5THRU Customer Profile Builder scans the vehicle with LPR cameras and identifies a returning customer. Inside the staff team watches on the 5THRU SMART timer display.

The 5THRU SMART timer keeps track of the customer at every interaction in the Drive THRU process. The 5THRU timer displays the live video feed of the customer. For returning customers the 5THRU system displays the recommended Upsell item.

By Integrating with your POS System 5THRU syncs customers ID with order History. The 5THRU AI engine uses the Customer Profile to recommend the Intelligent Upsells for the team member “Would you like to try a Carrot Raisin Pound Cake with your order?

Card on File accelerated payments or Pay by Plate can speed up the DT process by 22 seconds. Once CARD on File is added the customer will receive txt confirmation after each order. The Card on File opt in is as simple as “Would you like to keep your card on file for your next visit? The Card is scanned and securely stored.

Once the car pulls ahead to the Payments/ Pickup window the 5THRU systems confirms the customer matched the meal. Once Payment is confirmed the Team member hands the customer their correct order.
